i knew it, i knew it, i KNEW it! jac would wake up later than me and be late. my sixth sense about these is uncommonly strong. see, we were sposed to meet at 11 at kranji..but i woke up at 1018 and i knew i would be late. but then i thought, why would anyone go out of their house without confirmation of my timely arrival right. right. so i called, and called and called that woman and she was still at home! ok we ended up leavin sing at bout 1330..2andahalfhrs behind schedule. 15mins was cos i was waiting at khatib instead of kranji. i couldve asked the whole world how to get to kranJI and still alight at khaTIB. seriouslyyy.
we paced around 3floors of city squareorwhateveritscalled about twice and in our search for the info counter who else could we bump into but nat and jermaine! honestly, what are the chances?? it was kinda hilarious when we unbelivingly(is there such a word?) discussed our various attempts to look
less singaporean. jermaine was really scared about gettin robbed and all. actually so was i but jac kept reassuring me that besides us speakin in english, we would blend in. mmm, right.

abstinence from shoppin' has been successful
until today.
futile attempts. i bought a denimglittery trucker cap(again!), 2pairs of easy pants, 1satinlikelacey skirt, 2stripped tops, 2tanktopsfromgap, a metallic tote(its so pretty!) a charm bracelet and a black scarf. wanted to get this metallicpink sandals but was kinda broke huh. by the end of the day jac and i each had 10rm left. shouldnt have eaten sushi for lunch, but it was damn worth it. we ate our fill for abt 10sing each? mygoodness. unagi softshellcrab egg calimakis and i even had some salmon rice thingy. fullFULLfull!
it was damn fun lah today. yes we want to be cheapskates and go there again next month to watch
spiderman2. well besides the low prices, its less crowded there too. the only worry? gettin mugged.
